The ATQ Underbody Scraper is designed specifically for Valtra Q5 series tractors and demanding operating conditions. It offers excellent release capacity and a robust structure that can withstand even the toughest work tasks. The underbody scraper’s precisely controlled pivoting mechanism allows the blade to pivot in both directions ±25 degrees, which brings flexibility and efficiency to clearing silt, leveling gravel roads and other road maintenance tasks. Advanced automatic functions, such as automatic reversing, automatic starting and automatic height adjustment that adapts to the pressure, increase user comfort. In addition, cutting angle monitoring ensures optimal blade wear and a smooth work pattern.

The underbody scraper’s user interface is designed to be intuitive and easy to operate. It is fully integrated into Valtra’s ISOBUS system, eliminating the need to install separate displays or joystick controls in the cab. The operator can freely assign functions to the Valtra SmartTouch armrest controls, ensuring ergonomic and smooth operation.

Maintenance of the underbody scraper is made easy thanks to a single-point lubrication system and lubrication monitoring. A fully automatic lubrication system is also available as an option, which extends the service life and reduces the need for maintenance.

The underbody scraper ATQ is available with either hydraulic extensions (ATQJ) or a solid blade without extensions (ATQ), allowing you to choose the solution that best suits your application. In addition, the mileage meter and four separate trip meters allow you to closely monitor, for example, the kilometers used for blade wear, which helps optimize maintenance costs.
