The VUOMET^® conical plough range has been developed specifically for road ploughing requiring snow throwing. The snow ploughs are also well suited for ploughing streets, yards and roadways with light traffic.

The VUOMET^® diagonal ploughs combine the characteristics valued by road maintenance professionals: an excellent throwing ability, lightness and durability. The well-thought-out design and smooth-rolled wing ensure that snow moves efficiently even at low speeds, improving work productivity. In addition, the design of the plough blade enables driving very close to roadside obstacles, increasing work accuracy and flexibility.

The snow plough turns 45° symmetrically in both directions, which makes working with the plough flexible and easy. The plough’s turning mechanism has two reliable hydraulic cylinders and an adjustable safety valve, which ensures smooth and safe use of the device.

The VUOMET^® diagonal plough has 160 mm floating slots and the wing floats under its own weight and follows the road surface closely. This ensures a precise and even result in all conditions. Hydraulic adjustment of the blade angle adds versatility, allowing you to adjust the plough’s blade cutting angle during operation as needed.

The VUOMET^® diagonal ploughs are available in various wing models: low (11, 12, 13) and high (11H, 12H, 13H, 14H) wings as well as butterfly wing (11B, 12B, 13B). The VUOMET® 13H model is also manufactured in a strengthened HD version. When choosing a plough model, it is worth paying attention to the features that are necessary for your work. The low-profile wing provides better visibility and throws snow well even at slightly lower speeds. The high-profile wing model is particularly suitable for areas that tend to receive large amounts of snow at once, such as Northern and Eastern Finland.

The ploughs are equipped with a mud flap, blade’s wear piece, LED outline marker lights and rotating skid shoes – all as standard, to ensure efficient and safe work in all conditions. There’s also various bolt-on brackets and blade options, double skid shoes, support wheels and flashing lights available as accessories.
