Underbody Scraper ATQT6D / ATQJT6D

The ATQT6D underbody scraper is designed for Valtra T6 series tractors and demanding operating conditions. It removes compacted snow and ice very effectively, and its heavy-duty construction handles the toughest jobs. A precisely controlled turning mechanism angles the blade ±25 degrees in both directions. This helps when removing packed snow and ice, levelling gravel roads and doing other road maintenance work.

Automatic functions reduce the operator’s workload. Reverse automation and drive-off automation take care of repetitive movements, and automatic height control adjusts to the down pressure. Cutting angle monitoring ensures optimal blade wear and an even road surface.

The user interface is clear and easy to learn. The scraper is fully integrated with Valtra ISOBUS, and its user interface appears directly on the tractor’s SmartTouch Gen2 terminal. You don’t need to install separate displays or joysticks in the cab. Operators can freely assign functions to the armrest controls for ergonomic, smooth operation.

Maintenance is easy. The scraper has a single-point lubrication system with lubrication monitoring, and a fully automatic lubrication system is available as an option. It extends service life and reduces maintenance needs.

The scraper comes in two versions to suit the application: ATQJT6D with hydraulic extensions, and ATQT6D with a solid blade without extensions. An odometer and four separate trip meters track, for example, how many kilometres each cutting edge has been used. This makes maintenance costs easier to manage.
