Underbody Scraper ATQMF8S / ATQJMF8S
The VUOMET® ATQMF8S and ATQJMF8S underbody scrapers are now available for Massey Ferguson 8S Dyna-VT tractors. The underbody scraper is a versatile partner all year round. In summer it levels and shapes gravel roads, yards and construction sites. In winter it removes snow, compacted snow and ice, and roughens icy surfaces to improve grip.
The blade removes material very effectively. The heavy-duty construction handles the toughest jobs. A precisely controlled turning mechanism angles the blade ±25 degrees in both directions. The ATQMF8S model has a solid blade with bolt-on extensions, the ATQJMF8S model has hydraulic extensions.
The advanced control system is ISO 11783 compatible, so connecting the scraper to the tractor’s ISOBUS system is effortless. The control system brings many useful functions, such as position memory, automatic tilt and overload management. Reverse automation and drive-off automation take care of repetitive movements. Automatic height control adjusts to the down pressure. Cutting angle monitoring ensures optimal blade wear and an even road surface.
The scraper is operated with the tractor’s own armrest controls or with third-party ISOBUS controls. Control functions are assigned on the armrest’s Datatronic display according to Massey Ferguson’s ISOBUS AUX instructions. Several allocation types are available. There is no need to install separate displays or joysticks in the cab.
Maintenance is easy. The scraper has a single-point lubrication system with lubrication monitoring. A fully automatic lubrication system is available as an option. An odometer and four separate trip meters track, for example, how many kilometres each cutting edge has been used, which makes maintenance costs easier to manage.
